Which part fits my RO?
Most domestic ROs use standard 10-inch cartridges. Send us your model or a photo on WhatsApp and we confirm the right part before you pay.
How often should I change filters?
Sediment and carbon every 4–6 months, inline every 8–12 months, membrane every 18–24 months — earlier if your input TDS is high.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes. Pay in cash when your parcel arrives. Orders above ₹499 ship free.
What is the return policy?
Unused, sealed items can be returned within 7 days. Damaged or wrong items are replaced free if reported within 48 hours with an unboxing video.
