By using rowholesaler.in or placing an order, you agree to these terms. RO Wholesaler is a brand of Avinashi Traders, a sole proprietorship of Ganesh Kumar Mahato.

Using this website

• You must be 18 or older to place an order.
• Please give correct name, address and phone details – we use them to deliver your order.
• If you create an account, keep your password safe. You are responsible for orders placed from your account.
• Do not misuse the website, try to break its security or copy its content.

Products and descriptions

We sell RO water purifier spare parts, accessories, complete domestic RO purifiers and commercial RO plants. We work hard to keep specifications, images and compatibility details accurate, but minor variations in colour, moulding or branding can occur between production batches.

Brand names shown on the site are used only to describe products or show compatibility. They remain the property of their respective owners.

Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order that has already been confirmed. If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price because of a technical or human error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Payment

• Online payment – UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets, as offered by our payment partner. Online payments get 5% off (up to ₹50).
• Cash on Delivery – available on all orders, with a COD handling fee of ₹49.
• Online payments are processed securely by our payment partner. We never see or store your card or banking details.
• If money is debited but the order is not confirmed, it is either auto-reversed by the bank or refunded by us within 5–7 working days.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, the address is not serviceable, the price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud or bulk resale of retail pricing. If we cancel a prepaid order, you get a full refund.

Installation and use

RO parts and purifiers must be installed correctly. We give free guidance, videos and online technician support, but installation is done at your own risk. We are not responsible for water damage, leakage or equipment damage caused by incorrect installation, unsuitable input water, or use outside the rated specification.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Intellectual property

The text, layout, design and logo of this website belong to Avinashi Traders and may not be copied or republished without written permission. Product photos and brand names belong to us or to their respective owners.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page on the date of your order applies to that order.
