This policy explains how Avinashi Traders (“we”, “us”), which runs the RO Wholesaler store at rowholesaler.in, collects and uses your personal data. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). By using this website you agree to this policy.

What we collect

• Order details – name, delivery address, phone number, email, GSTIN (if you add one) and the RO model you own.
• Payment information – processed directly by our payment partner. We never see or store your card, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials. We only receive the payment status and a transaction reference.
• Account details – if you create an account, your login email and order history.
• Usage data – pages viewed, device and browser type, collected through cookies and analytics.
• Support conversations – WhatsApp messages, calls and emails you send us.

Why we use it

• To process, pack, ship and track your order
• To give technician support and answer your questions
• To handle cancellations, returns, refunds and warranty claims
• To issue GST invoices and comply with tax and accounting law
• To prevent fraud and misuse of the website
• To send offers – only if you have opted in

Who we share it with

Only with those who need it to serve you: courier partners for delivery, our payment partner for the transaction, and our accountant for GST filing. We may also share data when required by law or by a government authority. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

Our enquiry form and WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp on your device. Messages sent there are also covered by WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept for 8 years as required under Indian tax law. Marketing contact details are deleted when you ask. Other data is deleted when it is no longer needed.

How we protect it

The website uses HTTPS encryption. Access to order data is limited to the people who need it to fulfil your order. Online payments are handled on the payment partner’s secure, PCI-DSS compliant systems.

Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you can ask us for a summary of your data, ask us to correct or update it, withdraw consent for marketing, or ask us to erase data we are not legally required to keep. Write to support@rowholesaler.in and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep your cart, checkout and login working, and analytics cookies to understand which pages are useful. You can block cookies in your browser, but the cart and checkout may then not work correctly.

Our store is meant for adults. Please do not place an order if you are under 18.
