Warranty Policy
What is covered, for how long, and how to make a claim.

Warranty cover
We provide a manufacturer-backed warranty on non-consumable RO spare parts. The warranty period starts from the date of delivery.

| Complete RO purifiers and commercial RO plants | As per the manufacturer’s warranty card supplied with the product |
What is not covered
- Normal wear and tear, and exhaustion of consumable filters
- Damage from voltage fluctuation, dry running, or running the pump without water
- Damage from high TDS, high sediment or untreated borewell water beyond the rated input
- Physical damage, burning, tampering, or repair by an unauthorised person
- Items whose serial number or batch label has been removed
How to make a claim
- Send your order number, a short video of the fault and photos of the part to support@rowholesaler.in or WhatsApp +91 96252 23245.
- Our technician first tries to fix the issue with you over a free online consultation.
- If it is a genuine manufacturing defect, we replace the part. For complete purifiers and plants, we help you raise the claim with the manufacturer.

Every customer gets free online technician support and access to our RO servicing course, whether or not the part is under warranty.
