Common questions
What does a solenoid valve do?
It shuts the inlet water off when the tank is full, so the purifier does not keep sending water to drain. A faulty SV causes non-stop drain water or no water at all.
What does Normally Closed (NC) mean?
The valve stays shut without power and opens only when the purifier switches on – so no water flows if power fails.
