How do I remove tubing from a push-fit?
Press the collet (the ring at the mouth) evenly with your fingertips and pull the tube out. Cut a clean square end before re-inserting.
1/4 or 3/8 – how do I tell?
Measure the tube outer diameter: about 6 mm is 1/4 inch, about 9.5 mm is 3/8 inch.
