Common questions
Which adaptor does it need?
All these 100 GPD pumps run on 24V DC. Use a 24V SMPS rated at least 1.5A – see our SMPS and Adaptors section.
Why is my new pump noisy?
A little hum is normal. Loud rattling usually means a loose mounting screw or air in the inlet line. Our technician can check a short video on WhatsApp.
