How do I know the SMPS is faulty?
The purifier is completely dead, or the pump hums weakly. Measure the output with a meter – it should read close to 24V. Our technician can guide you on WhatsApp.
Can I use a higher-amp SMPS than my old one?
Yes. The pump only draws the current it needs, so a 2.5A adaptor safely replaces a 1.5A one. Never use a lower-amp or different-voltage adaptor.
